Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is concerned with the restoration of bodily movement and function that has been impacted by illness, injury or disability. It relies on holistic approach and enlists the participation of patients in the repairing process. Physiotherapy helps restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. Moreover, Physiotherapy is the treatment of injury, disease, and disorders with physical methods such as exercise, massage, manipulation, and other treatments.
Physiotherapy is the best treatment that everyone must try before going for any major surgeries. Physiotherapy can be done after any surgery or injury to recover fast. Physiotherapists have in-depth knowledge of how the body works and specialized hands-on clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and treat symptoms of illness, injury and disability. Physiotherapy includes rehabilitation, as well as prevention of injury, and promotion of health and fitness.
Physiotherapy has proven to be effective in the treatment and management of arthritis, diabetes, stroke and traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and a range of respiratory conditions offering those afflicted with tools and techniques to acquire and maintain an optimum level of function and pain free living.

LCS Short Wave Diathermy Unit
Its unique induction field circuitry provides a short wave frequency that penetrates deep into muscle tissues with negligible heating in the fatty layer or bone. It is effective in inflammation of shoulder joint, elbow joint, cervical spondylosis, osteoarthritis, ligament sprains in knee joints, low back ache, heel pain, sinusitis etc.
Ultrasound Therapy Unit
Ultrasound therapy is beneficial for people who have suffered injuries and experience pain and stiffness in the muscles using waves and vibrations. They are chosen depending on the levels of frequencies generated, the radiating areas, and the specific cause for which they are required. It has 5 different output modes, digital timer, digital out-put meter & crystal safety circuit. It is used in neuro-muscular and musculoskeletal diseases to mobilize collagen tissues, remove oedema & reduce pain.
Electrotherapy/Interferential Therapy (IFT)
It is electrical stimulation of nerves without the associated unpleasant side effects. Application: Peripheral nerve stimulation
Muscle Stimulator Machine
Electrical stimulation is used for constant contracting and relaxing of muscles. It is an effective method to treat various vascular and musculoskeletal conditions. It enhances circulation and improves oxygen and nutrients to the muscles. It can be used with exercise. Application: It is used to stimulate sensory and motor nerves, facilitate muscle contraction re-educate muscle, improve circulation, prevent/stretch adhesions, hypertrophy muscle, prevent contractures and to test muscle for enervation.
Continuous Passive Motion (CPM)
Machine gently moves a surgically repaired joint (knee, shoulder, elbow, etc.) in order to help keep the joint flexible and lubricated. Continuous passive motion unit is designed for lower limb. Application: Continuous Passive Motion therapy if used immediately after surgery can give several important benefits to the patient like maintenance or improvement in the range of motion, reduction in pain and discomfort.
Traction Table
Lumbar Traction and Cervical Traction table is a four section traction table for back and neck traction. The traction table is rolls on four steel ball roller bearings.
